Airmail

Terms of Service

Airmail public beta access is controlled, transactional and approval-gated.

Beta service

Airmail is offered as a controlled public beta for application email infrastructure. Features, quotas and availability may change as the service matures.

Sending access

Signup, payment readiness or domain verification does not automatically activate production sending. Airmail may require email verification, domain ownership, use-case review, controlled validation, reconciliation health and operator approval before activation.

Customer obligations

Use Airmail only for legitimate expected email. Keep API keys server-side, maintain accurate DNS records, honor suppressions and avoid prohibited content or unconsented bulk sending.

Suspension

Airmail may suspend a workspace, revoke credentials or stop sending for abuse risk, security incidents, policy violations, operational risk or unpaid/past-due billing when billing becomes active.

No unsupported claims

Airmail does not guarantee inbox placement, uninterrupted availability, provider acceptance or any compliance certification.
