Allowed use
Transactional and requested notifications sent to recipients with a legitimate relationship to the customer are the current product focus.
Prohibited use
- Purchased, harvested or guessed recipient lists
- Spam or unconsented bulk email
- Phishing, credential theft, malware or fraudulent impersonation
- Illegal content or activity
- Attempts to evade unsubscribe, suppressions, quotas, provider controls or domain ownership
- Using Airmail to repair the reputation of a damaged domain without disclosure
Restricted traffic
Campaigns require explicit operator approval, recorded recipient consent, immediate unsubscribe handling, conservative limits and an isolated lower-priority traffic class. Campaign delivery is not enabled for ordinary public-beta workspaces.
