Airmail

Privacy

Airmail's public beta processes only the data needed to operate application email delivery.

Data Airmail processes

Airmail processes account identity, workspace information, sending domains, sender and recipient addresses, message content, delivery lifecycle events, usage counters, suppression records, support requests and operational audit data.

Purpose

Data is used to provide email transport, verify domain ownership, secure accounts, prevent abuse, operate support, troubleshoot delivery and maintain service reliability.

Product measurement

Server-side onboarding events help us identify setup problems. A signup entry may record the name of the Airmail guide or page used to start registration. This is a limited page label, not a browsing history or a stored external referrer URL. We do not add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for this measurement. Account security and session cookies remain necessary for login.

Customer responsibility

Customers control their application templates, recipient relationships and message content. Do not place secrets, passwords, OTP policy data, government identifiers, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or metadata.

Retention

Inbound message bodies have a configured pruning window. Outbound message, lifecycle, suppression, usage, audit and support metadata currently remain available for operations unless removed by an operator process or future retention policy.

Legal status

This is a practical public-beta privacy notice, not a certification or final legal compliance statement.
